Rylo Tweaks does not offer refunds once a service has been purchased, started, or completed, except in the limited situation where Rylo Tweaks is unable to complete the service.
Because our services are digital, customized, and service-based, all sales are considered final.

However, results are not guaranteed. Every PC is different, and performance depends on many factors, including hardware, software, internet connection, drivers, operating system, thermals, and user settings.
Not receiving the performance increase you expected does not qualify for a refund.
You are responsible for making sure your PC, internet connection, accounts, software, and hardware are ready for the service.
You are also responsible for following instructions given before, during, or after the service.
Rylo Tweaks is not responsible for issues caused by user error, unsupported hardware, corrupted software, unstable systems, outdated drivers, internet problems, third-party programs, or changes made after the service is completed.
Rylo Tweaks is not liable for any issues, damages, errors, crashes, performance problems, hardware problems, software problems, driver issues, BIOS issues, internet problems, account issues, file loss, or system instability that existed before the optimization service.
Rylo Tweaks is also not responsible for any issues that occurred within 3 days prior to the optimization service. Customers are responsible for informing Rylo Tweaks of any recent problems, changes, crashes, updates, hardware issues, software issues, or system instability before the service begins.
By purchasing or booking a service, the customer confirms that they understand Rylo Tweaks is not responsible for pre-existing problems or issues that happened before the service was performed.
If you miss your appointment, do not respond, or are unavailable at the scheduled time, Rylo Tweaks may reschedule at its own discretion.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to communicate do not automatically qualify for a refund.
By purchasing from Rylo Tweaks, you agree to contact us first about any issue before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
Opening a false or unfair dispute after receiving a service may result in denial of future services and may be contested with proof of purchase, communication, and service records.
